CliffSupport's primary motto is customer satisfaction and If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied within the first 15 day of our services we will issue a full refund, excluding any setup charges, one-time fees, or any other custom fees if applicable for your plan. The refund will occur within 48 hours of you cancelling our services.
We guarantee a fixed price for the plans that you have chosen when you sign up with us. Even when the prices are revised Your prices will remain the same as those when you signed up, during your contract period.
CliffSupport is dedicated to our customer's needs and will adhere to all offers and guarantees specified in your plan. If we happen to miss a response time deadline we will compensate you with a credit to your account balance in the amount of $1.00 for each occurrence. Refunds for missed tickets have no cash value and can only be applied towards the customer's next bill.
